Since 2008 we have been providing domestic energy certificates across Solihull, Birmingham and the surrounding areas. New build certificates and sap calculations are welcome from across England. As well as standard residential EPCs we can also offer EPCs for new build properties, extensions (where a sap calc is required) and building conversions.
Using an approved SAP software, the CO2 emission of a domestic building can be calculated based on the building specifications. Before commencement of building work, a SAP calculation should be carried out.
On completion of building work, another SAP calculation ('As Built' calculations) should be carried out based on the actual building specifications as the final building spec may have changed from the original plan. An EPC and built stage SAP compliance document can then be produced to show compliance with regulations.
